Shipments and returns

Our shipping is 5 working days from the order confirm/payments. When shipping is ready you will have tracking numbers to follow your goods if you choosed a registered and tracked delivery. Our courier is SDA( ). Usually delivery by courier will take 5-7 working days. All shipping costs will be clearly added to the total cost in the invoice and in the order confirmation. In case of delivery delay due to force majeure, I-nity will not be held responsable. Delivery costs will be calculated automatically when placing the order, they will comprise handling fees and will be clearly indicated in the summary which appears before the confirmation of the order.


The items rejected by the buyer must be returned within the terms established by Italian law,(. D.Lgs. 22 maggio 1999, n. 185 art.50-57) intact and in their original package. Used or altered items will not be accepted, only goods with clear fabrication defects or damaged during delivery will be accepted. All the costs of shipments and/or Customs are of the customer. Contact us before to return products and wait for our email / fax of authorization. We refund products costs only, after received goods rejected, and by bank transfer, within 5 days. Please let us know your bank details in the documentation you sent us.

The refund will take place as soon as the goods will be received by I.nity , provided that the above return policy is satisfied.

Shipping and Free shipping policies for Remote Area 

According to not standard prices applied by couriers in some delivery areas, we will be free to ask for extra costs before shipping. You will be contacted by email to define extra costs and deal about best solution for your delivery. In case you would retain too expansive you are free to cancel the order and you will be totally refunded.

Free shipping Policy on Remote Area (as Canarian Isle, Far Oer etc) will be converted in a 10% on total amount sale.

Sometimes, due to drastical ncreasing prices applied by the couriers we set the amonut to 0 for some countries and ask our costumers to contact us for a quote. 

....If you thing that is strange that the shipping price is set to 0 euros, maybe is for this reason. 

Please contact us on to let us find best shipping price at the moment for your shipping.

If you confirm your order set with shipping to 0 euros, paying by paypal,and afterwards you wouldn't not like the shipping quotes,  we would refund the amount on your paypal account.  

VOUCHER CODE terms and conditions:

1) The voucher does not lose its validity, but has a fixed duration of 90 days. 
In case it expires before its use, contact us and we will renew it;
2) The voucher can be used entirely in a single order or partially in several orders.
The value of the voucher also includes the shipping price, unless it is free according to the promotions
 running on the website at the moment of purchase.

3) LOG IN using your account. Choose the titles you prefer and add them to your cart.
 Click on Payment to confirm the order.
 You will find on the first check out page, at the bottom of the list of products you have chosen,
 the "COUPONS" field.
 Enter the code you received, making sure it is correctly written
 and continue with the checkout following the instructions until confirmation. 
 The site will automatically deduct the amount at the end of the purchase procedure.
 The order will also be confirmed via email to your account address.

4) You can always view your vouchers in your account (click on your name at the top right)

5) You can create and consult your list, either by leaving the products in the cart until the purchase
 (if you don't "refresh" the browser, they will remain in the cart),
 or by adding them to the wish list, which you will then find in your account.
